A recognized thought leader, he specializes in leadership, team dynamics, and organizational transformation.

With extensive experience across industries including finance, biotech, technology, and consumer products, Charley’s clients include Merck, Verizon, Raytheon, American Express, Pfizer, and the United Nations. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and is certified in Hogan Assessments and executive coaching.
