Gayle Grader is a trusted advisor and executive coach with 20 years of experience helping professionals and businesses grow. Through her private coaching practice, Gayle has worked with C-suite/senior executives and emerging leaders across diverse industries, accumulating thousands of hours in competency assessment and executive, leadership, and transition coaching. Her combined coaching and business advisory expertise allows her to help organizations to develop and align individual and team capabilities and competencies to organizational goals and market demands. She believes in the power of dynamic coaching for these dynamic times, and brings that approach to all her coaching work.
Gayle is also a Senior Director at MIT Sloan School of Management where she oversees all executive career development coaching services for 350+ executive MBA students and 30,000 alumni. Her work encompasses developing and delivering programming and delivering one-on-one coaching for Senior/C-Suite leaders from around the world, from top global organizations to startups and from every company type in between. She manages a team of five executive coaches and seven industry coaches who support upwards of 700 business leaders a year.
Gayle holds an MA in International Relations with a focus on economics and international business from George Washington University and a BA in American Studies from Tufts University, cum laude, where she focused on sociology and anthropology. Gayle is an ICF PCC and is a Certified Professional Team Coach through ICF-accredited Center for Executive Coaching. She is a Clifton Strengths coach and has received training on multiple assessment tools including DiSC, Profile XT, X360 and more.
