Harold Weinstein, Ph.D.
With over 35 years of business leadership, P&L management, and international organizational development consulting experience, Harold specializes in executive assessment, feedback, coaching, and development. A recognized authority on the relationship between potential and performance, Harold has designed psychometric tools, competency-based systems, and multi-national action learning programs that develop leadership by addressing critical business challenges.
For 21 years, Harold was affiliated with Caliper Human Strategies, an international human resources firm, where he served as COO, leading research and consulting efforts and driving company growth from $5 million to $30 million in sales. Since retiring in 2005, Harold has served as a senior advisor, executive coach, and board member for startups and organizations across industries.
His recent clients include Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, Danone, Siemens, Prudential, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service (OIG). Harold is also the author of How to Hire & Develop Your Next Top Performer, published by McGraw-Hill.
Harold holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. He currently serves on the board of UprightVR, a medical device startup.
