Nancee is a facilitator and organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience leading complex, global initiatives in leadership development, organizational design, change management, and learning. Having worked in over 41 countries, she excels in creating and facilitating customized leadership development solutions in diverse, multicultural environments.

With a proven ability to build relationships and reach consensus across international settings, Nancee partners with managers and leaders from varied cultures, backgrounds, and leadership styles, helping them solve business challenges through action learning. She has designed award-winning learning systems for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and comprehensive talent development experiences to strengthen leadership capacity in global organizations.

Nancee holds a Master of Science from The American University and a Master of Arts from Montclair State University. As an ICF Certified Associate Coach, she provides leadership and personal effectiveness coaching to individuals and executives.
